What this site stores about you

Nothing on a server. There is no account, no login and no form that submits anywhere. The calculators run entirely in your browser: the measurements you type are never sent to this site or anyone else.

What is kept in your browser

One value, in localStorage: whether you chose inches or centimetres. It stays on your device, it is readable only by this site, and clearing your browser data removes it. It is not a cookie and it is not an identifier.

Analytics

No analytics are running. No analytics script is loaded and no third-party request is made from any page. If that changes, this section will name the tool and what it collects before it is switched on.

Advertising

No advertising is served today. No ad script is loaded and no ad network receives a request from any page here. The empty dashed boxes you may notice are reserved space, held at their final height so that switching ads on later does not shift the page around. The intention is to use Google AdSense; if and when that happens, this section will be rewritten before the first ad loads, and it will name what Google collects.

Affiliate links

Affiliate links are switched off. Nothing on this site earns a commission today, and no affiliate tag is attached to any link. The intention is to join the Amazon Associates programme; when that happens, the links will be labelled on the page where they appear, this section will be updated first, and the required Associates disclosure will appear here and on the pages carrying the links.

Either way, sizing is never decided by what pays. Every size comes from the maker’s published chart, the chart is shown next to the answer, and the source and the date it was read are on the page so you can check it yourself.

Outbound links

Source links point at makers’ and breed organisations’ own websites. Once you follow one, that site’s privacy policy applies, not this one.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone.
